KG Hypnobirthing
KG Hypnobirthing is a complete antenatal education programme designed to support mummy-to-be and her birthing partner to prepare for their baby’s gentle birth. Our KG Hypnobirthing teacher Becky says “Pregnancy and birth should be such a magical time, but often from a past experience or stories told from friends/family, this can be filled with anxiety. This is not the way nature intended, and I want to help women to embrace this wonderful time of their life!”
The programme is designed to release fear and build confidence during pregnancy and birth. You will learn to trust both your instinct and your baby. Becky will equip you with the knowledge and tools to have the best birth for you. She will go through the options available to you to help facilitate the birth you want, and also to fully understand the implications of any decisions you may be required to make along the way.

Becky is also a trained aqua natal and pregnancy yoga instructor. She will aim to keep you comfortable and relaxed during your pregnancy journey. The different packages below will explain the different levels of support available.
Will I be given any support after my birth?
Becky has over 10 years’ experience of working with babies and their families as she is a mummy/baby yoga, baby massage and baby swimming instructor. She is able to advise and offer support on various aspects of baby’s life. The different packages below will explain the different levels of support available.
